MOMconnect is designed with a privacy-first, local-device-focused architecture.
Last updated: May 2026
MOMconnect is an Android emergency safety application designed to help trusted contacts receive emergency location information through a missed-call trigger system.
To detect missed calls securely.
To send emergency location alerts.
To select trusted contacts locally.
To maintain emergency reliability.
To fetch live emergency location only during emergency trigger events.
MOMconnect does not request unnecessary permissions such as media or storage access.
MOMconnect does not collect or store personal data on external servers.
We believe in absolute privacy. There is no Firebase Analytics, no advertising SDKs, no Crashlytics, and absolutely no user profiling systems included in the app.
Designed primarily for adults, parents, and guardians. Not specifically targeted toward children under 13. Minors should use under supervision.
We utilize strict Android sandbox protections and a permission-based access model. There is no public exposure of user data and location fetching is isolated entirely to the emergency-only activation flow.
Location sharing reliability may depend on GPS availability, Android system restrictions, battery optimization settings, network conditions, and device-specific background behavior.
Users may be informed of any privacy policy changes through app updates, website notices, or release notes.
